Build Brighton Makerspace
The Build Brighton Hackspace is a communal not-for-profit workshop where like-minded people can geek out about craft, art, electronics, technology, engineering… even food making!
We run public workshops in a variety of subjects to help share the skills needed to make your own things.
We have a 1300sqft space at Rodhus Studios, with a variety of useful tools and resources: a 40W laser cutter, vinyl cutter, woodwork and metalwork tools, logic analysers and oscilloscopes, and a whole bunch more. Members of the hackspace get free access to these tools 24x7.
The atmosphere at the hackspace is one of playful learning and doing, most of us have day-jobs (the space is run entirely by volunteers), so the last thing we want when at the space is for it to feel like work.
